Welcome to The Hue (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using The Hue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. The Platform

The Hue is a professional and social networking platform that allows users to create profiles, publish content, interact with others, and promote professional services through listings. Platform features may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform. By using The Hue, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.

By submitting User Content, you grant The Hue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and use such content for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content.

5. Content Standards & Platform Integrity

You agree not to publish content that:

• Is unlawful, deceptive, or misleading

• Infringes on intellectual property or proprietary rights

• Is abusive, harassing, hateful, or harmful

• Misrepresents identity, qualifications, or professional credentials

The Hue exists to maintain trust, professionalism, and platform integrity.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

The Hue reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable content or accounts.

If content or account activity violates platform standards or these Terms, enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Content removal or restriction

• Account suspension or deactivation

• Permanent account banning

Enforcement actions may occur with or without notice. Moderation standards may change over time and are not required to be disclosed in detail.

7. Listings & Professional Representation

Professional listings and profiles must be accurate and truthful. The Hue does not verify, endorse, or guarantee user credentials, services, or outcomes. Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence before engaging with others on the Platform.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent platform safeguards or moderation

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform

• Use the Platform for unauthorized or deceptive commercial purposes

• Impersonate individuals or organizations

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct that harms the Platform or its users. Termination does not limit our legal or equitable remedies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including those arising from user content or interactions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
